summer flying by

It's early Sunday morning here in New England and the temp dropped down to the 50s overnight. My daughter, S, jumped into bed with us and immediatley put he cold feet on me but then decided that her Mom was warmer as she had turned on the electric blanket during the night!! The long summer days are drifting away and S is getting ready to start school in a couple weeks. It's been a busy summer for everyone, including myself as I started managing a group at a startup software company. Crazy busy, but I have found time to work on my camper from time to time.

Since my last post, I've sealed my floor, re-installed the front end cap with insulation, and finalized my storage tanks. Technical Metal Fabricators in town are going to build my gray tank and two blank tanks, yep two. My fresh water tanks will are still under wraps until I have a chance to test them out, but I will say it does not include a water pump :)

The best part of the second half of summer is our camping season is really starting. Our most recent weekend was a trip to Freeport, Maine to scout out the BBQ rally site at Recompence campground. Great weekend with Paul and Jane.

I'll post pictures once S is done filming our dog in his home movie debut of Under Dog!
